Our King suite property is located at number 27 King Street in Gawler and is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi-detached heritage cottage. 

The home is within easy walking distance to the Northern Markets Shopping Centre, the Gawler Central railway station and the heritage Old Bushman Hotel. The swimming pool and Caravan Park are just over the road and there is also easy access to the main street. 

The King suite property is a circa 1905 stone building with high ceilings. There is a separate lounge room with sofa bed, modern dine-in kitchen with large refrigerator, full cooking facilities and a functional laundry with washing machine. 

There is also an outdoor entertainment deck area with a gas BBQ. 

The main bedroom has a queen bed and single bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has 2 single beds. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge room. This home could potentially sleep up to nine guests. 

The two bathrooms are very handy when multiple guests are staying as both areas have showers and toilets. There is also a spa bath in the main bathroom. The second bathroom caters for limited mobility guests with wheelchair access. The hot water service is an instant continuous flow gas unit that provides ample hot water for showers and baths.  

The property has ducted heating and cooling to all rooms. Free Wi-Fi is provided for our guests.  

The King suite property is suited to one, two or three couples or a family and because of its close proximity to Gawler’s Northern Market shops and public transport, it is a good place to base yourself to enjoy the town and surrounding areas.

Victoria Suite

Our Victoria property is located at number 17 Victoria Terrace in Gawler and is a 2 bedroom detached heritage cottage.

This 2 bedroom cottage is a circa 1905 stone building with high ceilings and a spa bath in the 2 way bathroom.

The eat-in kitchen is modern and features an electric cook top and wall oven plus a large fridge, microwave oven and dishwasher. There is also a front loader washing machine and pantry as well.

The main bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has a queen and single bed.

There is ducted heating and cooling to all rooms and the lounge room has a slow combustion wood heater.

The Victoria property is also suited to one or two couples and is a good place to base yourselves as it is in close proximity to public transport and the local shopping centres.
