Number 24 is a heritage 3 bedroom cottage located at 24 King Street Gawler.

This cottage is located in the historic Church Hill Heritage area of Gawler. The area is renowned for the circa 1800’s building architecture and imposing Anglican and Catholic grand churches.

The home is within easy walking distance to the Northern Markets Shopping Centre, the Gawler Central railway station and the heritage Old Bushman Hotel. There is also easy access to the main street, swimming pool and caravan park.

Number 24 has 3 good sized bedrooms. The main and second bedrooms have queen and single beds and the third bedroom has 2 single beds. A reverse cycle split system air conditioner is located in the first bedroom and third bedroom.

The kitchen is functional with an electric stove, microwave oven and large fridge. There is a marble slab bench top for food preparation and a wood oven lends to the heritage charm. The dining room has a 6 person table setting and a slow combustion wood heater.

The lounge room is very large and has a split system reverse cycle air conditioner and another slow combustion wood heater. There is also a feature bar plus the room backs on to the BBQ area and patio deck.

Number 24’s bathroom has a claw foot bath, shower and toilet and the laundry has a large washing machine and stainless steel tub. The gas hot water service is continuous, so there is ample hot water for any amount of people requiring showers.

There is also enough parking for 3 cars in the driveway.

The cottage is suitable for a large family or even a group of work colleagues who are happy to share the facilities but still have their own private bedrooms.
